Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Orders are processed within 7 business days and shipped via NZ Post.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and external courier delays.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to courier or postal service issues.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with proof of the issue.
